There are several reasons Steven Frost is my favorite fiber artist. Besides being a great artist and recent MFA graduate from SAIC , he is also very enthusiastic about donuts. Within hours of being invited to be a guest artist, he sent me this image of himself with a pleather studded donut inspired by his recent trip to Voodoo Doughnut in Portland.
He’ll be here in the DC area soon for his show at Pleasant Plains Workshop on October 7th.
